The 2.2 XP upgrade can be performed on any version of the RCS 2.2 X: DD, AD, DA, or AA.

When requesting your upgrade, you can also choose to add a DA or AD module to your unit. We continue to make our units fully modular so that you don't get bogged down with hardware you don't need.

TACT 2.2 XP DD

The core-version: digital input and digital output. Connect a digital source, and the RCS 2.0 S DD will perform Room Correction for perfect sound. 5 digital inputs and 3 digital outputs.

TACT 2.2 XP AD, Core + AD converter

It has 4 analog inputs with level matching and very high quality AD conversion together with 5 Digital inputs. Internal sampling rate can be set from the menu. 5 digital inputs, 4 stereo analog inputs, 3 digital outputs.

TACT 2.2 XP DA, Core + DA converter

Combines with a digital source (CD/DVD drive or mixing console) to give very good quality DA conversion with the standard room correction and digital level control. For a customer on a budget this can give an absolutely stunning performance. In combination with a suitable CD drive and analog power amplifier, this unit will perform the task: Pre-amplification including input switching, DA conversion and Room correction. 5 digital inputs, 3 digital outputs, 2 pair analog outputs balanced and RCA.

TACT 2.2 XP AA, Core + AD + DA converter

This is the complete digital preamplifier suitable to replace any preamplifier in virtually any existing system. The modular design gives almost unlimited potential for upgrades. 5 digital inputs, 4 stereo analog inputs, 3 digital outputs, 2 stereo analog outputs, balanced and RCA.
