M/S 2150 Upgrade Introducing Dynamic Room Correction - DRC ™

Developed by Tact, DRC™ is the next generation of room correction technology. This new Tact proprietary technology allows for target curve adjustments and instant correction filter programming, thereby facilitating immediate listening to room correction changes. All room correction filter calculations, all processing of measurement data, and all target curve management is implemented in the M/S-2150 X internal processing unit. A computer connection is used only to provide the user with a graphics interface and plays no other role during the measurement and correction processes whatsoever.

The new M/S 2150 XDM is the world's first two-channel, all-inclusive room correction + digital amplification solution. All M/S2150 units that are used with digital sources can be upgraded to inlcude room correction internally. Upgrade to an M/S2150 XDM.

For multi-channel systems, the the Tact – M16 measurement unit is needed. This unit can support up to 8 amplifiers (16 channels) and can be used for multi channel room correction designs. Any of the M/S-2150 inputs can be configured as a measurement channel, allowing for use of other manufacturer’s measurement microphones. Room measurement data is filed into M/S-2150 X internal memory.
